Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for orders to the United States is 6 to 10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and external factors.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update in the carrier system after receiving the email.
Delayed Orders
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are strictly responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Retrostick is not responsible for orders returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We do not accept refunds for orders with an incorrect address.
Lost or Missing Packages
Orders confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier are eligible for a full refund or replacement after verification. However, Retrostick is not liable for packages that are stolen or missing after they have been officially marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and contact the carrier directly.
